Daily Schedule

All convention activities will be held in the Hilton Lafayette. Coffee and tea will be available on mornings of field trips in the lobby area of the Hilton prior to departure of buses. Boxed breakfasts will be provided as well as boxed lunches on those dates.
MONDAY, 23 APRIL
Any registration packets not picked up during registration hours will be distributed to your hotel lobby desk.
12:00 NoonConvention registration begins. All pre-registered attendees can pick up packets with information, name badges, meal tickets, and trip schedules. Closes at start of dinner. Exhibits open
